Community Service Vision Screening As part of its ongoing community service initiatives, Rotary Club of Sibsagar organized a Vision Screening Camp at Lakhinath Bezbarua Shishu Bhavan on 27 May. A total of 150 students were screened. Identified eye problems are being treated free of cost at Netrajyoti Hospital. Dr. Biman Saikia, Rotarian, served as the resource person. Community Service Smart Class Installation During the District Governor’s Official Visit, Rtn. Dr. Kameswar Singh Elangbam visited the Smart Class Project at Government M.V. School, established by the Rotary Club of Sibsagar with support from The Rotary Foundation District Grant. The District Governor inspected the digital learning facilities and appreciated the club’s initiative in promoting modern education and technology-based learning among students. He interacted warmly with teachers and students, encouraging them to make the best use of the smart classroom for academic growth and skill development.
